ADIA caregivers are hand-selected from hundreds of applicants, pre-qualified with an array of tests such as personality, competency, reliability, compassion and skill-set. ADIA caregivers must successfully pass regular and random drug tests and live-scan finger prints. Once hired, each caregiver is trained and supervised by a multi-disciplinary team of gerontology experts and equally important, registered in the Home Care Aide Registry with the State of California Department of Social Services.
